There is a food that will fill you with the bread of life and the extra weight will begin to fall off. After you binge, do you feel a wave of guilt and say to yourself something like this; "Why did I just eat that?" Do you want to lose weight? Tried all the "paying" methods? God's grace is free. Let me explain what to do. Go to my website http://inhis.name and click on "immediate help", there more information about how and why you can be helped, and loved. I love you, you are a person, created to love and be loved. May God bless you today! humble servant of Christ....zack

food is good but in moderation...i think you should just scream at the people...punish them not yourself..

Don't punish ANYONE! What a ridiculous suggestion! You need to find a better outlet for your overwhelming emotions. You have a lot of energy but are afraid or don't know how to use it. Being overweight is only going to make you angrier. You need to face that you are angry at yourself. You need comfort, but food is not the kind of comfort that is long-term at all.

It's a difficult road to recovery from any type of substance abuse, whether it be alcohol, drugs, or food. I hope you realize the harm you are doing to yourself and find a psychologically and physically healthier way to deal with your feelings.
