I manage 130 people in a very stressful enviroment and i have 5 challenged associates working with me,3 of the 5 make my day everytime I see them, not matter how bad my day has been, they are happy to be at work and happy to see me and give me a high five or smile. I love when they catch me at my lowest point and put a smile on my face!
