If it is still early in the relationship..then he prob will. But try telling him how you feel without using words like ........feeling, love, adore, obsessed, marry, marriage, promise, and forever. In my experience men are afraid of these words. So use guy words to express it. It sounds weird but it has worked for me.

I say find things the two of you love and do them together. You can personally increase his admiration of you. Then when you have done all those wonderful and fun things together you could probably find him thinking about saying to to you. You could also just ask him if he had ever been in love before and ask him how he feels about the subject to get his understanding of it all.
