It ia easy to look at 'street' culture in the USA and UK, and to feel that way, so I do sympathise with your feelings. But to be honest, here in the UK there are plenty of white hoodie chavs too, and they're just as brain dead as the black hoodies. Maybe race is a factor in intelligence - I'm not interested in political correctness so I'm open minded. But I don't see any race as being overall 'superior' to another at all. I'm a white, professional musician and most of my heroes are black musicians. Some of the most original, inventive, creative and heartfelt music ever created by humans was made by black American musicians between 1900 and around 1990. Now most black music is a guy rapping over computer made beats, no melody, barely grooves, ugly lyrics.... it's shit music. What happened? Why is this crap popular? I attended public school in a large city with blacks in the fifties. Black did not act ignorant then like they do now. Young black people did not go around saying that school was for "punks, and fags, and b****es." And...every black classmate I knew in public school lived with their mother and father who were MARRIED. Now 70% of black children are born out wedlock. Is this "whitey's" fault too? The black community is going backwards, not forwards.
