You must love your family a lot. However let me impose upon you a little perspective. Let's say you have some gunk in your teeth and you were hanging out with your friend and that friend saw it every time you smiled but didn't tell you... would they really be a friend?? I say because you respect your family that they deserve to know the truth. Also, no matter how much they "love" this person... they love their own flesh and blood more. Nip this in the bud.

my exgirlfriend was the same way, my family loved her and she cheated on me and treated me like shit for to long. i think it got to a point where she just wanted to see how much i could take before i gave up on the relationship.
