Ditto to the above poster! You don't realize how many people love you and the tremendous pain your suicide would cause. Trust me, I am a survivor so I know the heartbreak of losing someone...

Hi my friend. The fact that you posted here is a first step to saying ""I need help" so well done for speaking out. Do a little googling, find an organisation that might be able to help and start with a small step. Given the alternative (i.e. you ending your life), what's the worst that could happen? Try it - and GOOD LUCK. I know you're in a lot of pain now. Strength to you my friend. x

My dogs have been the only thing to keep me around also. Many time I think of ending it and my thinking of how my dogs need me keep me around.

Oh my god... I am the same way. My dog is the only reason I don't run away and let my life go down the drain.

Hey, to the fool a couple of posts up: you are not funny, not clever, not good. To even imply that a person you have never seen, a person crying out should end their life is just sick. What are you thinking?

I feel for you. I have felt worthless many times. Your dog is right, of course, you are a unique person worthy of love. Focus on the love from and for your pet, and build on that. Keep telling yourself you are special, and worthy of happiness. Take your dog for walks, and smile at the people you meet. Talk only about dogs with them if you want, but soon you will see more in their eyes than appreciation of you pet. They will see you as a worthy person, if only for your love of your dog. Build on that, and brush off the negative thoughts that have you trapped. God bless you, and good luck.

i dont know how old you are but i hope you dont look to take your own life my cousin was 14 when ended his life. And i always wounder what could have done with his life.Well never see what kind man he would have been or i cant share with him my thoughts and ideas. We can never talk about if he liked a song or did he enjoy that movie and so much more. I glad you have a dog to share your love with. But there is so more in life to learn and enjoy.I pray in time you start to enjoy differnt things. But i hope you learn to love your self. the joy of a dog is great but there is so much more out ther that you can enjoy. And the love of people you have yet to see. I wish you well in all you do. and may the love Jesus bless you to

After awful days at a job I hate I just want to do something terrible. Then I open that front door and my dog tells me how great I am and treating me like I'm the greatest person in the universe. Dogs are great.
