if you don't feel guilty you can beat a polygraph you can fail a polygraph for feeling guilty about something that has nothing to do with what they're asking you about. It doesn't pick up lies it picks up guilt

It picks up your raise in blood pressure,heart rate, etc. much like an EKG. If you don't panic there is no problem.Take a valium first and relax.You have been told it will tell but YOU will tell. On the other if you go in all nervous it will convict you even you are innocent.

Taking sedatives....being calm and collective. Believing what you say is the truth. Believe in telling them what they want to hear is the truth. When they ask you a question, don't visualize it, just answer it then think about work or feeding the dog or what you have to get the next time you go to the grocery store....
