I wish you could understand that she (your mother) doesn't really know how to love. If she did she would have spared her daughter the pain of knowing that her mother doesn't love her. Your mom is the one with the problems. Don't let her screw up your life because of them. You don't need to die because of this. It wouldn't make her any happier anyway because she will still have issues, beyond you, that screw her up. I don't know how old you are, but it might be healthy for you to get away from her if you are of an age that this is feasible. If you are too young to do this, then you need to talk to a trusted counselor, teacher or pastor - someone who can understand your plight and get help for you. You shouldn't have to live under this kind of burden, darling.

My mom was treated horribly by both parents and then by foster parents.....she is the BEST MOM anyone could've ever asked for. God put you here for a reason. Live a good life DESPITE her bitterness. You deserve love and happiness, now go do it!
