If you don't share that part of your life with your wife it will destroy your marriage and, eventually, your life. But, when you do explain it to her, don't be 'superficial' about it, tell her how you feel, in a serious conversation. If you do it right she won't feel betrayed or hurt but will understand more about you and may be curious as well.

Had anyone seen that "pregnant man"? The woman who was turning herself into a man, and got herself inpregnanted? They have kids and shit already, a wife.
