I lost someone that I loved very much because he was always working.And I wanted to be with him more . He did not understand that I only wanted to be with him because I loved him.And he threw me away .Don't give up . Don't quit. Things will get better .And as for the Dear one you lost it is never too late.Let them know that you care.If they care about you they will be there with open arms . Good Luck and Hang in there .

^AGREED. I depend on no one but myself. I'm in debt as well but some good meditation is great. The gym I go to has a great sauna and hot tub and after a good work out I rest and clear my mind, if only for 5 minutes. You owe it yourself to take care of yourself. You are the only you you're going to be.
