why dont you swallow your pride, and when she tells you that 2 2=7....just agree, dont argue.....you may feel a lot better after she has passed and you wont be able to make up then !

My mom is the same way. All she does is complain, never sees any good in anything. I love her, but hate what she is becoming.

I promise you this: If you do not reach out to her and accept that maybe she has issues, you will regret not being nicer to her after she is gone. It happened to me.
