it CAN work. i dated a man and a woman at the same time, the knew about each other though. I am doing it again now, so i am proof that it CAN work. all people invovled need to be OPEN AND HONEST though. i am a firm beleiver that ' it is IMPOSSIBLE for ONE person to have ALL the qualities another person desires'. anyone that says differently is lying to you, and/or themselves. if you want it to work, tell the truth. this time around might not work for you, as you already have what sounds like a serious relationship with both. you were only honest with ONE of them though. next time you try this sort of thing, RIGHT FROM THE START, tell them how you are going to go about things, that you want a man and a woman, and if they aren't comfortable with it, find someone who IS. trying something like this with people who 'don't understand' or who are 'jealous people' it will not work out for. you need to be comfortable with who YOU are, and they themselves, before anything that what you are wanting will work in the long run., or even in the short run for that matter. good luck, and be honest, it is the only way that it will work.
