1- a person sometimes uses a trashcan to do their business, if the stalls are occupide and you really have to go. In some stadiums, the stalls are so full that some men have been known to urinate in the sinks or stand over floor drains to urinate in front of others...2- Every family has an 'uncle' that everyone keeps an eye on, but they do not reveal to their children about past deeds or wrongs. Many families keep the bad things...quiet and in the past. A man who rapes his sister in high school is not necessarily a 'further' threat to his sister or to his other blood relatives...remember this woman is grown now and only talked about the 'one' sexual assault which does not seem to have been reported to authorities and appears it does not have to be.3- Pedophiles are after little children, a high school girl, usually is developed with breast, hips and ass...so I wouldn't clarify him a pedophile, but YOU can calrify as you want or wish.4- Because she was raped, does not give her the right to cast lies amongst others to boaster herself. ^while i agree with many of your statements, there still is a serious moral issue with letting your supposed rapist take your kids undies and use it as a hat...that is not exactly what i would call "keeping an eye on him". if anything its giving him permission to groom the child until she is old enough to become someone he would like to victimize. most sexual assaults that happen between family members take years to develop. oh and pissing in a garbage can is just nasty plain and simple, but kudos for her for not doing it right at the bar and then drinking it. other than that your comments are spot on!
