That is the sweetest picture. We don't have any cats right now, but we do have a 15-yr old dog and a 5-month old puppy. You would not believe - unless you saw it - how nice that gruff old dog treats that pup, and how much that pup worships that old dog. The pup likes to nap next to the old guy, close enough to be touching his foot or tail, or backbone. I'd have never expected it.

People can learn about patience from Dogs...My 85lb Giant Schnauzer will tolerate an endless amount of pestering from the littleterrier who She could swallow in two bites !!It's either patience or affection...I have never figured out what it is....
