That's bullshit. I've been to many southern states; Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, alabama, Mississippi, and Texas. I'm of Mexican descent and I've dealt with more racism and a** ****ism in the Bay Area where I live, than any of the states I've visited.

There is racism within the races - blacks who are racist against whites, and racist against other blacks because they are "too black" or "not black enough. Same among Native Americans. Same among Asians. Same among Caucasians. Etc, etc., etc. And racism exists in every part of the country.
