Yeah, you don't really have a problem man. It's a natural reaction - man has been evolving with not only predation but warfare for tens of thousands of years. There's a killer in every man, a built in protection against times of strife. The trick is to recognize that, to not be ashamed of it. See it as a tool - if you must kill, then kill for a good cause. For all the crap that people talk, for instance, lots of mercs really do good work. If you think that you are still not done with battle then don't be ashamed but look for some good way to use that talent. There will be no end to warfare until the time when mankind is no longer mankind.

i'm a sunni islamist sniper. pretended to be one for almost a decade,but my heart is for peace. i got no choice, i love my family.but i did what i had to do in the name of peace.I killed my own people(secretly) when an american soldier saved my child from being hurt.I believe in faith,not the faith what my religion believes in.from then on,my comrades think that i'm the best they have,survived countless attacks.to the american soldier who saved my child,thank you. i wish we will meet someday so you will know how truly happy i am to have you have you there to save my daughter. i'm now in america with my family. i will soon find you american soldier to tell you how i appreciate your assistance. my daughter is now a teen-ager. i never thought i would find a place like this until i got here.

Okay dude (the OP), I am in the Navy and have been diagnosed with Chronic PTSD. I know EXACTLY what you are going through. There are only two forms of PTSD, you have suicidal and homicidal, cut through the shit and thats it. We are both homicidal and I am telling you to go and talk to a psychiatrist. This wont mean anything to anyone on here but you but maybe the music has lost its zest. If you have a weapon around you at night then you need to talk, I ALWAYS have a blade and a 9 somewhere close to me at night. Talking to a psychiatrist was the best thing I ever did.

Many soldiers/sailors/Marines feel the rush of combat and miss it, just like a roller coaster enthusiast needs to go on more roller coasters. It doesn't mean they are sick. Your liberal attacks are what drives good, honest veterans over the edge. We saw it in Vietnam; the BS of the American liberal crowd made the veterans feel unwanted and ashamed for their patriotism. Now for the OP... You need to seek help and I'm sure you know that. Also if your not treated or reject treatment and don't fill this desire you may find yourself killing innocent American civilians.

I have an idea, find a picture of an American flag and put a picture of a bald eagle on it. Now everyone will think you are patriotic and can only do good for our country. Now divulge that you want to go to foreign countries just because you want to kill people.
