I had the same problem working for other people. Most were idiots, liars, and were unethical. I got smart and went into business for myself, best move I ever made. You still have to deal with people, but now I have a choice in who I want to do business with. Good luck to you.

The only way to change a person, is if they want to change, and in that case, they only change for themselves, if not prompted. The word "can't" has nothing to do with it.
