My husband was like this. I read about it and discovered there is a name for it. Sexual Anorexia. It is a very real condition. There are some great books on the subject. I told him I thought about cheating because I need intimacy and passion...but would rather we work on it together as he is the best every other way. He has since learned about it and made some good changes and we are back to having sex regularly AND being intimate. Talk to your spouse and read about this syndrome.
