I don't want his ass kicked....just for him to move on and find happiness with someone like I did. I was abused as a child and as an adult, his temper scared me away. He was never violent with me, but he did go through ange management, I couldn't risk it. I'm with a man now that would never do anything to make me feel threatened in any way.

I was only dating him, and I didn't do anything to piss him off except to tell him that I need to head home (I was at his house). He got very angry, and started pacing while clenching and unclenching his fists. He never approached me, but it scared me that he was set off that easily. He said he was just working on calming down and wouldn't hurt me but it was very abrupt.

Well, you shouldn't have pissed him off. It is your fault he got angry. I know, I have been there. People don't get angry over nothing at all. When I got angry with my ex it is because she did stupid things like lying and cheating.
