I went through a period where I did the same thing....wrong people, wrong environment, took risks, and didn't care.... as long as someone made me feel like they cared, at least for a little while. I just didn't want to be alone. No one can save you....you have to save yourself, and you have to WANT it. You have to separate yourself from that life, and start over, no matter how hard it is.

Agree with above comment. Save and learn to love yourself. Learn to be comfortable with being alone. Don't look to others to "Save" you. Most folks don't like "Needy" people or "Clingy" people. Be desperate to love yourself and do things that bring you pleasure. Then when you are happy and doing something you enjoy...someone will notice that and perhaps join you. Good luck. This is a major learning point in a happy LIFE.
