I can't stop being feeling angry all of the time when I'm sober. It makes me yell and act ugly to the people i love. I hate myself for it.

Try getting on an antidepressant like Lexipro or Prozac. I used to be angry and irritable all the time because of all the undealt with pain in my life. Now that I'm on the antidepressant, I feel happy and it brought me to a stable enough place that I could see a therapist and work through my issues.

try to remember that its not that you are angry because you are sober. remember that you are angry because you aren't smashed by your choice of addictions. hate the drug, not being sober. stop taking whatever for a time and see how you feel. i have been there before. coke and herion are a hell of a thing.
