he broke up with me, its been less than a week but he told me today that he only "thinks" he still loves me. he needs alone time i know but if he can fall out of love with me that fast maybe we are done for good.

Just because you love someone does not mean that they are the person you are meant to be with. If you have to make dramatic changes to get someone to like you or expect someone to make dramatic changes so they fit your idea of perfection, you may not be meant for each other.People change everyday. But there are just somethings that you can not change no matter how hard you try. You said you are losing yourself? Why would you want to turn into someone else just to get someone else to turn into someone else also? I think you need to realize that they are not who you are meant to be with and move on. There is someone in this world who will love you just the way you are!
