So telling her husband and causing him that pain is going to help how?? What she did is wrong, but as the corny saying goes..."two wrongs don't make a right". Please believe that she will get what is coming to her, and he probably will find out in the end. At least if you just let things take there natural course you will know that your conscience is clear.

there is obviously more to it than I could post above. we have been friends for over 2 years, lived together, our kids are friends, etc. a few years ago I went out with a friend of theirs from high school and she did the same thing, but I broke her silent treatment and made an effort to resolve things. It has been over 2 months tho and I am not going to make the move this time. She is an uber b**** (I have recently realized and re-evaluated our "friendship") and has a fantastic husband that she doesnt treat as well as she should. I am at a loss of what to do. I am looking for another job, but no luck yet. I cant stand it anymore!

YEah don't say anything to her husband that is THEIR life not yours, you need not to interfere with that it will only cause more stress and guilt possibly. Just move on why do you care if she talks to you or not at work? You just said she's a b**** so I'd be happy if she was ignoring me.
