I've often wondered how I would handle this if my son ever chose to live his life as a female. I'm very open-minded about his choices...but I wonder. Would I be wrong if I couldn't bring myself to refer to him as my daughter? I would never expect him to call me DAd after calling me MOm for a few decades. Your thoughts?

^ Be open minded...if you have a cock, he should be calling you dad. If you don't have a cock...get a cock!...cock...

if you were born a guy, stay a guy and only f*** women. Its like magnetism, opposites attract and like charges repel!! How can you want a dick in your face, f***in' sick! Women and I mean (natural that were born that way!) are a beautiful thing, tranny's are just f***in' sick in the head! You can claim "but i don't feel like a man and always felt like a woman". WRONG! Just stay at home and back in to your bedroom doorknob if that's what gets you off!!

You did the right thing by telling your mother. I do hope she understands and can somewhat accept your decision. Just by your confiding this to her speaks volumes as to your relationship with your parents.Tell your father, and also hope he understands. It is no one elses business. Good luck,

You know what really bugs me about this post? The guy in the picture is really hot! If he would put down the lipstick and pick up a woman, he would look a hell of a lot better. The most beautiful guys don't own their masculinity and we straight women lose them to the other side...usually to other boys, but in the OP case to our own sex. Sigh.

My best friend of 10 years is transgender. Her family still doesn't accept her as a woman, but she is finally at a point in her life where she is happy with who she is. It's not going to be easy, I assure you, but in the end, I hope that you will be a stronger person for it. I'm happy to hear that you've told your mother. I hope you are able to tell your father someday soon. Families may not always be as accepting as they should. Sometimes, family is what you make of it - the people who care about you and love you for who you are, not your gender identity. I admire your courage, and I wish you the best of luck.
