i strongly beleive that you should start doing something actuve that makes you gain muscle and loose fat if you absolutly feel the need to adjust your body, instead of doing who knows what to become thin. thin like skeletor is NOT attractive, toned and fit, hoeever, is quite attractive. I personally have a few extra pounds on myself and yes i sometimes wish i didn't, but i just stay active and feel great because of it. Just remember not to damage your body by keeping it too skinny, it isn't good for your health and you will regret it later in life when you body is deteriating from a lack of nutrients( that is if you don't eat enough because u think you are fat, which might not be the case here) eat healthy and excersie, you will look and feel much better this way and not hate yourself for what you are doing.

II have been married for 22 years. I have always told (truthfuly) my wife that she is the preetiest and sexiest woman I have ever encounterd. Yet she insists she is fat and ugly (not true at all). I don?t know what to do about it. I wish I could help her with this.

What people fail to realize is even though the very thin girl in the pic IS skinny, she sees the girl in the mirror. The numbers on the scale doesn't matter. Its not as easy as just "fixing" it. Its like alcoholism, drug use, its a high to cover up the low. Its a mental disorder not a "stupid" disorder. I understand, I've been both girls in the pic.

Change your thinking. Look at yourself in the mirror and tells yourself you look good. You obviously believe your fat (just a lie) so even if its a lie and you don't feel like you look good, lie to yourself until you believe. Its all in your mind. Fix your mind.

YOu need to get rid of your scale this way you will not obsess about your weight. I used to check the scale three or four times a day. Since I don't own a scale I don't worry about how much I weigh just how I look and feel in my clothes!
