My heart goes out to you. When my oldest son was seven he was diagnosed with cancer. He responded well to treatment, and went into remission. However, he did relapse, and the second time was much harder than the first. He beat it again, and is a grown man living his life. He has been in remission for over ten years. I remember that everytime he got sick with even a cold, that fear would consume me. To this day I still worry. Time has made it easier, but I think it is something that a parent lives with when they have been through this with a child. There are support groups you can join and they can be very helpful. If you haven't already, get in touch with the American Cancer Society. Bless you.

It's totally understandable to feel that way. Just keep praying for his good health and try to put it out of your mind. I know it's hard but you can't live in fear all the time! He needs you to be strong and fearless for his sake! Your son is blessed. Try not to break that blessing with a ton of negativity.
