You don't really want that...you think you do, but you don't. If she left because you lied and did things you shouldn't have, then her coming back would be sheer hell for both of you. There will always be hurt feelings and distrust. You miss her, and she most likely misses you like hell, but what is done is done:( To err is human, learn from it and move on...

I'm the OP. Sorry there wasn't much room for the original posting. No, I didn't lie or treat her badly. No, she doesn't feel any different than I do (she CLEARLY demonstrates that she loves me). Yes I'm sad, but no I'm NOT whining. Thought it was about secrets around here and my secret was that I miss her and hope she comes back instead of making it look like I'm okay. Nothing more. She figured that she may have left her last (ten year long) relationship with out giving him at least one last chance. I agreed with her. She went back to him to see if she can fix it. I know it can't be fixed, but we were best friends first and if I can't back her up 100% then what kind of friend am I? Then there's the "hope" part after the secret. I hope she realizes that it can't be fixed long before I realize it's time to stop waiting for her. See? It's really not all that complicated, is it? :-)
