Ignore all the stupid names posted on here. I understand what you are saying. I liked what a couple of the previous posts had to say. First, I bet the emotional fallout is very difficult and second, it is exactly like an addiction. Whatever you do to numb the pain... it isn't worth it. I have hope that you will relearn how to be loved without expectations. That there are people who care for you not because of what you can give them, but just because.
