You may feel like the first two and be in the third category, but hang in there. There is someone out there for you to love and trust. Take the time to heal and make yourself happy again and when that happens, you will be ready to be in a relationship again. Just hang in there and have faith...it does work. I know because I have been in the same situation as you...it is tough at times, but worth the effort.

9 months ago I was in the exact same place. The one thing I finally did for myself was get counseling. It has truly helped me to figure out why I have the problems I do and more importantly how to not carry them over into my next relationship. Seriously I didnt think I would survive the break up and here I am now stronger and better than i have been in about 20 years. Good luck!!
