Ew I've been married so long I can't imagine dating someone and with all the diseases out there now it's SCARY! At least in my day if you caught something it was cureable. There are a lot worse things in life than being alone, and being in a bad marriage or a bad or abusive relationship are two of them. I have used periods of being alone to "clear my head" and get in touch with myself to see where I want to go in life, and to set new goals.
