I don't know why you would feel trapped if you are working towards a happier future. Just try to focus on the "good things on the way" and the "wonderful things in your life". If you constantly think negative thoughts you will make yourself sad. Positive thinking about the good things should make you feel happier. If not the you may be suffering from depression, and would benefit from talking with your doctor about your symptoms. Good luck to you and I do hope all those "good things" do come you way.:)

do what you need for #1 (yourself). work on you before you try to help the others around you. This may sound selffish but if you think about it, you cant move ahead in life if you are trying to help and deal with everyone else problems.
