I feel this way too.....sometimes I feel like I am worthless to people or that I'm invisible. I pray to god everynight to help me become skinny, because the diet and exercise just don't work.

If you're truly overweight (not just thinking "I'm fat"), have a blood test done to check your thyroid levels. Thyroid problems can prevent you from losing weight, no matter how hard you try dieting and exercising. Trust me...check it out.

People who are fat, in general, can't have much pride in themselves or their health. Eat right, exercise, and stay active for your own good. I have a hard time appreciating anyone who is a glutton, as gluttony is one of the seven deadly sins.

Keep hope and know there are people out there that don't care about stuff like that. Think of it as an a** **** filter. These people wouldn't have been your real friends anyway. You save yourself time dealing with people like the two posters above. Real people and true friends are hard to find but it'll happen when you least expect it. Focus on something about yourself that you are proud of and let the inside shine. True people can see that and will be your real lifelong friends. I don't make friends with stuck up, skinny, narcissistic, b****es. They act like the world owes them everything. I'd be your friend if you lived near me. I wish you peace and happiness.

SWM here - 6'4" @ 128 lbs. I've been 75 lbs underweight most of my life. I know OP tells the gospel. So few see beyond this clay vessel - so many shall miss my glow. We all have dragons to battle.
