I have been there adn done that many times and like you it was never a suicide mission only to take my mind off the emotional pain and refocus on the physical because i didnt want to cry anymore. And truly the only thing that i can say changed me....in high school (2yrs ago) i started smoking weed and it truly helped me get over whatever was F*****g with me
