Dads show their love by doing things like fixing your car or checking the tire pressure. Damaged moms are toxic to girls. I do also love my mom but she is still sick despite all her therapy.

That's right, mom is the enemy and dad gets to be the good guy... nevermind that she used her own body to bring you into the world having to deal with all of the physical and emotional challenges that comes with that. Never mind she stayed married to a unnaffectionate, insensitive man to maintain a commitment she made. I used to have alot of anger towards my mom and she did a hell of alot more than give me an eating disorder... she nearly killed me. Then I became a mom and had compassion for her, I forgive her. The man, the dad has it a thousand times easier than the mom and as long as we continue to treat women as second class citizens in this world the men will always get the praise and the women will always be the villian. sigh
