| No one can make YOU a better person and if that is why you are getting married, then I am sorry it is probably a big mistake. You become a better person on your own. We all have to complete ourselves and no one can do it for us. Love yourself before you get married. It is much harder to do after you are married if you are relying on your spouse to "make you better" and validate you.
