If this is a girl, make sure he treats you right!Men have a way of showing their true colors and lack of appreciation. If this is a guy make sure she has a good heart, women have a way of not being as great as they first seem-like why is she really moving in? Like the above posts said whats the worst that can happen? If there has been a lot of time and effort put in the relationship than this is the natural progression! Integrity really is everything, astute observation!

Even in commited relationships, each person needs their own "space". You are scared because you are looking at it as giving up your own identity... if this relationship means giving up your identity and becoming one of those freak Brangelina type couples, then yes, it is a mistake.
