I hate being a parent. I have a 14-year-old daughter and I can't wait until she moves out for college in a few years. It's too hard to do this alone.

Lol at pic. But also, I can understand how you feel. People give up a lot of things for their children. But you shall be free. But don't take for granted the time you have with your daughter. She will be gone soon, make the best of it. And remember, she loves you.

love the pic and you were the one who wanted to have the kid, b**** all you want but its your responsibility now even after shes in college, but with any luck she'll end up like you pregnant and hating her child, then you'll have something in common

It's not an easy job, but you signed up for it. Your child is a refelction of you and your attitude, so if she is hard to deal with it most likely has something to do with you. Own it, take responsibility and make a change so this child can grow up knowing that she is wanted and loved instead of feeling rejected by both her parents.

I also dread the teenage years. I never would have had a child if I knew my husband was going to check out permanently.

You clearly have responsibility issues. You need to grow up, do the job you are required to do, build bridges, and be a PARENT instead of a whiny baby.

Childfree baby, and loving it! Being childfree is the only way to go! Stick to your guns and be the best parent you can. You made your bed darling, now you must lie in it. Best of luck to you.
