...OR.. how much those people love you. They must not be showing you love. I want to die too but I don't have anyone but my puppy. Maybe you should let someone close to you know that you need a little help. Someone to listen and love you.

I also understand how you feel. When I have days like that, the best thing I can do for myself is sleep. I don't know what your troubles are, but I promise you that you are not a bad person and everything is subject to change. -mary

sleep is good on those occasions in which i experienced from time to time and eating healthy , lots of water and some sunshine... oh and cant forget alittle mother nature...

Hang in there. Some days I feel like I've lost control of everything and can't take anymore. But thinking of my family having to deal with it makes me think twice. I could never disappoint my family this way. Just gotta face your problems and move on. Best of Luck!

I feel the same way sometimes. If it wasn't for my Mother I would hire someone to kill me.Couldn't let people know the truth. (that I killed myself)
