i know how you feel. Heres how i handle it
1. I focus on the day.
2. I never never allow my mind to dwell on the things that i have no control over (my past(i bet something happened in your past you cant forgive yourself for) my future or watch the news)
3. I ask God to help me everyday. In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burndened, and I will give you rest. Take my youke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." Matthew 11: 28 - 30

in·sane–adjective1. not sane; not of sound mind; mentally deranged.2. of, pertaining to, or characteristic of a person who is mentally deranged: insane actions; an insane asylum.3. utterly senseless: an insane plan. The first two definitions are all part of social constructs. The third gets close to defining something about the idea of insane. Utterly senseless, but that also describes about 70% of what we encounter in mainstream American culture. Hence, to live in an Utterly Senseless place, will make you feel as though you are the one out of place or insane. It is often the most sane who question their sanity in such situations.
