My first awareness men getting drawn into this was from the HS wrestling team. I guess you are posting this because you are almost ready to ask for professional help. This is not only an eating disorder, it is a form of self harm. Look up some information on google to see what you can try to do on your own, but make an appointment to have help with this issue.
