But you know you are leaving footprints everywhere you go. Tread lightly and share your love through selfless acts and you may be remembered by many who you did not know you had an impact on. We never know how little chance encounters affect another.

I guess you must be vegetarian then? That would be the first and most important step to a pain free existence. I'm still figuring out how to make life pain free for myself though.
