I know how you feel. The first time I got Tylenol 4's I was in the hospital for surgery as a kid and that started me on a LONG road of trying to always numb myself. I love painkillers and even have day dreams of stealing a bottle of Dilaudid. I had that once for a different surgery and the dr was right, it's the caddilac of pain killers.
Too bad I can't get my hands on opium! There's the best most comfortably numb you'll ever have! By the way, I live sober but think about this all the time..

You don't realize how sick you are until you get better. Then you look back and say "Wow, what just happened??" Get help before it gets worse- go to NA, it's free- and it's not just for people who have been doing it for years, it's for anyone who feels they have a problem. You don't even have to introduce yourself, just sit there and listen. Your levels of usage may be different, but your minds think the same way. Go to NA, just once...no one ever has to know you went.
