Join a local fitness bootcamp and rethink those early hours and getting yelled at. At the very least, see your doc about your feelings because therapy may help you to feel like the life you have now was a choice part of you made and wanted. Maybe you are at a job that isn't a good fit. I don't know why you would blame 'weakness' and 'a woman' for your current situation. Find some way to get out of this funk for your own sake and for your family.

One up. Dude, I served in the 4th Infantry Division from 80-83 as an artilleryman. Don't tell me about your 'nam adventure. We killed kids there and in the two wars we are in now. It was and is being done indiscrimantly. How about the drone that hit the whole wedding party to get one man?Maybe someday you will face the fact that those 53,000 men in 'nam died in vain. The U.S. was never concerned about stomping out communism over there. All they wanted to do is contain it enough so Western corporations could open their business. Have you forgotten that we have normal trade relations with them today? Wake up, moron.
