I look back and always wonder.... and I find those memories very warming and beautiful.
Much more than the one's I acted on that usually brought sadness. Just some elder advice

That advise from the elder is pretty wise. When I actually think about that, you are 100% right!!

This is my post and I need to know...
He and I have been talking by email, a lot and not all class related. How do I know if he feels the same or if he is just being nice? I made a joke one time and he made a comment about why would I make the comment that I made and I think I accidentally hurt his feelings. I apologized but just the fact that he did that, doesn't that indicate that he feels something? Or am I wishful thinking?
I feel like I am falling in love with him. I ran into him up town the other day, we both had smiles, he said he would contact me later and we will go out for lunch. Sometimes it seems like he does like me and other times it seems like he doesn't and then there is this little thing called ethic policy- he can't be involved with me while I am his student. I guess only time will tell but I sure wish I could speed up time!

I have been in your situation but never acted on it.Furthermore,I never want a relationship with an academic. If you ever want to talk about the topic, please let me know.I will explain why you SHOULD not act on this situation,unless,ofcourse.....

He likes you. No question about it. I'm a prof and I have experienced this.
