better to deal with it head on now then to suffer the consequences later.

Seriously -watch lots of murder movies, I mean several hundred - and get it out of your system. Or, join the Army and go to the middle east. A lot of people that love killing get paid for doing it there and they come home a hero.

The consequences of confessing thoughts and feelings aren't half as severe as the consequences of acting on those thoughts and feelings. At least with counseling, there's a chance you could heal yourself.

I would rather YOU be committed or have something done to you to fix your problem, instead of YOU killing someone I know! Suck it up and do the right thing!

I have been in a mental hospital 3 times before - its not as bad as you may think - its kind of like a mini vacation that your insurance pays for and is very theraputic - I have bipolar disorder - I have been in for a manic high, a really bad low when I tried to kill myself and once for a medication change - longest stay was almost a month - shortest stay was a week - depends on what you need - you learn alot and get on meds that make life SO much better - my life is relatively normal now and Im so grateful I got help - everybody has problems just some of us need some help with it - its not that big a deal anymore - people nowadays understand mental illness way better than they used to - the stigma is much less - the first step is the hardest and that is asking for help - good luck

sometimes when i'm talking to someone i have the overwelming impulse to Punch them in the face. i've never acted on it though, and you probaby won't either. the brain is a crazy instrument. i say fess up & deal with your feelings & maybe they'll go away.

Be honest with your shrink. You need to be on meds. Who knows, maybe you will be happier!!! Isn't that what we all want?

well if you do do it I say do it smart and don't get caught or go out big and take as many as you can.

They will NOT committ you for telling them what's going on in your head, I'm sure they've heard it before and they know how to treat you, but you MUST be honest about your symptoms. They'll give you meds that will help....okay? Don't be afraid.-S

you may just have depression and a chemical imbalance that would be adjusted with medication. If you can't trust your therapist, get another one you can trust.

research some nice places your could be safe from your "dangerous things" and receive treatment... believe in a place where you can have a nice balance and not risk what you fear what could happen to you or anyone else. There is always a balance and right now, you have a choice... later it might not be that way.
