The things that the government has done are undeniable and there are probably a lot more than we even know about. Like the black men given syphillis in the 1950's to see what would happen to them. BUT, all was done as experimentation of some sort, not to quell violence, stop drug cartels or control population. It is patently ridiculous, since releasing something like this into the general population is uncontrollable and if nothing else any government of any country is about control not anarchy.

"Mexico's Drug Wars?" HELLO? Mexico has the misfortune to be located next to the world's largest consumer of narcotics! It's a national disgrace that we have gone from being the greatest nation in history in 1945, to be being the world's largest drug user! And we have the balls to criticize Mexico?
