Don't quit. It does get better but you have to do the hard work. Confront your distortions. It wasn't your fault.

Maybe the therapist was not the best one for you. You have given yourself permission to find another. You may even do better in group therapy. You owe yourself this gift. Accept it.

I will tell you what to do. Pick your ass off the f***ing floor and think about everybody else that has it WAY harder then you. We all have times when we fall. The great thing we have as human's is the abilty to get back up... You can do this...LJ
