If you could do a '180' that helps with a cheater who is torn between a spouse and the affair partner. Basically, you need to start living your life as independently as possible. Show the cheater that your life will go on JUST FINE without them and most often that is what will wake them up and they'll straighten out. Even if inside you are desperately scared of losing him/her, you need to act like you are ready to go on without them. It does work.
