Agree with the above poster. Plus, a little bit of discipline never hurt any kid, at least he didn't beat the crap out of the neighbors kids. That would've been a problem.

I agree with poster #6, patience will grow with time for him, especially with it being his own. I would go ahead and tell him so he can be mentally preparing himself for the responsibility. Talk about it with him. Good luck, keep us posted.

Maybe you will raise your child the RIGHT way. Kids these days are out of control! You can raise them with the proper respect that everyone out there deserves!
Good Luck!

OMG i yelled at my neighbor kid (and you would have thought i *killed him*.) i felt it was damn well time SOMEONE yelled at him when he was being disrespectful towards MY property. And although mummys TOLD me i had to *tell Nick i was sorry for raising my voice to him*. I told her to grow the hell up, adults are allowes TO RAISE their voices when upset. but, as she explained. an adult can NEVER to a child under 12 years old. you'll scare them and they WILL be SO frightened of you, they will NOT hear what your saying. LOL And she was right, he was screaming and crying and caring on SO lound NO one could hear what i had said. lol HE was 10 at the time. And throwing ice and rocks at my 18 foot window. His mom said he didnt think it would break, since there was a screen OVER it lol
