I've been through it also. 1994. I learned that suicide is not the result of a single event, but several different events over the course of one's life. It will get better, with time. There will come a day when it will come to mind and you won't dwell on it. Healing will occur faster when you stop asking "why." God bless you.

Some people experience emotional pain that would be incomprehensible to most. That is why they take their lives - because the amount of pain exceeds their ability to deal with it. It may not be the best solution, but it's the obvious reason. In no way is this meant to trivialize the horror that you and others experience when a loved one dies this way, but one can only hope that that will help you obtain a small amount of closure.

it might hurt some people (family) but in the end they all mocked and made fun too.to take a person who would do anything for u and purposly break his spirit, reduse him to nothing, there IS NO FIXING THAT.all the love in the world couldnt save him now and that is for f real.leaving a note is pointless everyone will know why!just be thankful he didnt make you watch.to the woman and child he loved more than anything, that once released from prison had more hopes and dreams than anybody but wasnt strong enough to take on the whole f world.
